The Challenge
Event organizers typically juggle a patchwork of disconnected tools — one for registration, another for ticketing, a spreadsheet for check-in, and manual reporting after the event is over. Data gets fragmented, queues build up at the door, and organizers only learn what worked weeks after the event ends.
We set out to build a single platform that handles the entire event lifecycle — from the first registration to the post-event report — with insights delivered in real time, not in hindsight.
