The Challenge
CaseSnap built its customer base selling phone cases on Shopee — but marketplace success came at a steep price. With commissions and fees eating up close to 35% of every sale, margins were shrinking while the platform owned the customer relationship, the data, and the storefront.
The brand needed its own home: an e-commerce store where every sale belongs to CaseSnap, the brand experience is fully theirs, and they can offer something no marketplace listing ever could — letting customers design their own case.
